Buffalo Lodge Idaho

The Buffalo Lodge Idaho is a Western-style boutique tourism destination that provides an authentic experience of the American West. Located in the beautiful Shotgun Valley of Island Park, Idaho, the area offers a variety of activities to enjoy, including horseback riding, canoeing, jet skiing, boating, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, and more!

The lodge is situated at an elevation of 6500 feet, providing stunning mountain views and plentiful opportunities for outdoor recreation. The nearby area also offers a number of attractions, with the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park only a 30-minute drive away and places like Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole WY, and western towns such as Virginia City and Nevada City in Montana all easily accessible from the Buffalo Lodge.

The lodge sits on approximately 1.6 acres of land, creating an atmosphere that resembles a small western town from days past. Authentic reclaimed building materials are used for the main house and outbuildings, providing guests with a truly rustic feel. An outdoor campfire pit and a small pond add to the charm of the property, which is surrounded by lush nature and beauty.

The lodge can comfortably sleep up to eight adults in four private bedrooms and an open loft with two beds and two bathrooms, making it an ideal adult retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The House

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious open loft area with a fireplace, and a large covered porch where you can enjoy a barbecue or an outdoor fireplace gathering. The lodge comfortably sleeps up to eight people and features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The Saloon

The Saloon is the perfect spot! Step into the past with its rustic atmosphere, complete with a BBQ area, pool table, board games, and television. There’s also a kitchen and bathroom on site for your convenience as well as a laundry room. Enjoy some much needed relaxation or have an entertaining day spent bonding with friends and family.

The Sheriff’s office / Jail

This rustic and cozy little cabin features an electric fireplace, ideal for enjoying a candle-lit dinner with your special someone and a glass of your favorite wine. The atmosphere of this cabin is one of peace and tranquility, allowing you to truly relax and unwind from the busyness of life.

The Cowboy Spa

The Cowboy Spa located onsite is an experience you don’t want to miss.
